✨ How to Cancel or Reschedule
To ensure your message is received in time, all cancellations or reschedules must be made via text or phone call. Emails can sometimes get lost or filtered into spam, and I don’t want to miss your message. Timely communication helps me offer that time to another guest and avoid unnecessary fees.

✨ A Card on File Is Required
A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your appointment. This allows for a smooth booking process and protects the time set aside just for you.
 

✨ Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows
Things come up, and I completely understand — all I ask is for as much notice as possible.

• Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service booked.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service/time reserved.

• These fees cannot be transferred to another date or time.
   

✨ Running Late
If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. In that case, a cancellation fee may apply. Please text if you're running behind — I’ll always do my best to accommodate when possible.
 

✨ A Space for You — and Just You
To keep the studio calm and focused on you, I kindly ask that no additional guests or children attend your appointment. This helps maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all.
 

✨ Respectful Energy Only
The studio is a safe and inclusive space for everyone. Any form of disrespect, unkindness, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
 

✨ Payment Notes
All card transactions may include a small processing surcharge. If you prefer, an ATM is available in the salon for your convenience.

If you're receiving a cosmetic tattoo service, please be sure to thoroughly review all pre-care instructions before your appointment. ( CLICK HERE TO VIEW THEM ) These guidelines are essential to ensure you’re eligible to be tattooed safely and successfully. If you arrive and cannot be tattooed due to improper prep, it will be treated as a late cancellation, and the appropriate fee will apply.
